Recent Research: TRT Is Safer Than Ever
Between new trials and real-world data, the case for medically supervised testosterone therapy keeps getting stronger:
TRAVERSE Trial (NEJM, 2023)
Involving 5,200+ men aged 45–80, this landmark RCT found no increase in heart attacks, strokes, or other major cardiovascular events for men on TRT versus placebo.Veterans Study (PLOS One, 2018)
Among 147,593 U.S. veterans, 58,617 on TRT showed no rise in aggressive prostate cancer—incidence remained nearly identical (0.58 vs. 0.57 per 1,000 person-years).
Why it matters:
The science continues to catch up with what top clinicians and patients have known for years: when TRT is prescribed and monitored properly, it delivers strong benefits with solid safety data. It’s not just anecdotal—it’s evidence-backed medicine.
Performance Tip of the Month: Train Hard. Recover Harder.
Your progress doesn’t come from workouts — it comes from how you recover.
Recovery isn’t passive. It’s performance. Nail the basics and your body will show it.
Hydrate smarter: Don’t just drink water. Add electrolytes (especially sodium + magnesium) daily.
Use cold right: Avoid plunging immediately post-lift (blunts gains). Aim for mornings or off-days.
Sleep like it matters: No screens before bed. Earlier dinners. Add magnesium glycinate or magnesium threonate. Dark room, cold air.
You can’t out-supplement bad recovery. Give your body the tools — then get out of the way.

We’re lucky to have her. You are too.
Service Focus: Musculoskeletal Shockwave Therapy (EPAT)
If you’re dealing with chronic tendon pain, joint stiffness, or stubborn soft-tissue injury, we’ve got a new tool in the arsenal.
Shockwave Therapy (EPAT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic pulses to trigger tissue healing, boost circulation, and accelerate recovery.
Backed by clinical research, EPAT has shown 80–90% effectiveness in:
Shoulder & elbow pain
Achilles and hamstring strains
Plantar fasciitis
Hip and knee inflammation
Member feedback?
"After a few shockwave sessions on my shoulder, it just feels less stiff. I’ve gained a few yards back on every shot in my golf game!" - Fred
"I woke up after my first session on my elbow and feel amazing. The one treatment gave me greater relief from pain than after 8 weeks of physical therapy." - Richard
Intro Package: 3 sessions for $375 (members)

Final Word from the Owners
Thanks for riding with us into Issue #2.
This month is about consistency — in your workouts, your routines, and your recovery. We’re big on momentum here. Even 1% better each week changes your trajectory fast.
Consistency Builds Strength — And This Community
We’ve been growing fast, and it’s no accident. A big part of that is because you’ve told your friends, your brothers, and your coworkers about what we’re doing here.Just a reminder: our referral program gives you one month free for every new member you send our way who signs up.
Some of you are already winning — shoutout our current referral leader, Sean, who’s now three-for-three and still going!
Keep the momentum going. We’ll keep delivering.
Big things are coming in August — including the Broadmoor anniversary, new service announcements, and expanded Brotherhood programming.
Until then, stay disciplined. Stay sharp.
See you in the clinic —
